Materials and Next Steps
At the Law Offices of Melissa J Lyons, Inc., we start every case by asking you to fill out an intake form here. We do not ask for payment up front, and only get paid when we settle your case. After we’ve had a chance to review your intake materials, we will be in touch to set up our first meeting. This first meeting will only be a 10-15 minute phone call. The next phone call will be a scheduled appointment with Melissa (or another attorney at the firm) to further discuss your injuries and potential claims within the Workers’ Compensation system. We’re here to advocate for you.
